"Shipping felt reasonable"
I was kind of expecting the shipping to be one of those surprise costs at checkout, but it actually wasn’t bad at all. Random thing to notice, maybe, but it made the whole order feel easier to say yes to. Overall, happy with it.

"Pretty fast shipping, with one little hiccup"
I ordered from tatcha.com sometime earlier this month, or maybe it was the end of last month, and overall the shipping was quick. I’m sure I got the tracking info the next day, and the package showed up around 4 days later, give or take.
The only reason I’d take off a star is that it sat with the carrier for a little while with no updates, which was mildly annoying. Nothing major though, and everything arrived in good shape, so I’d still order again

"Clean ingredients, but not exactly cheap"
I can’t say the ingredients aren’t clean, because they definitely feel better than a lot of other options I’ve tried. I just wish the prices weren’t so high

I ordered from Tatcha the whole experience felt really fancy right from the start. The box, the wrapping, the way everything was put together, it all had that high-end feel without being over the top, which I appreciated.
The cream itself feels super smooth and rich on my skin, and it does give that “expensive skincare” feeling. I don’t usually spend this much on skincare, so I can’t pretend it’s a casual everyday purchase for everyone, but for what it is, it felt thoughtfully done and worth the splurge for me.

"Works well, but the price feels unnecessary"
I’ve been using this tatcha cream for a few weeks now, my skin does feel softer and not as dry. It sinks in nicely and hasn’t caused any breakouts, which I really appreciate. I’m taking off one star because the price is steep, and that part feels a little unnecessary to me. But overall, it does work for my skin...

The shipping options were clear, and I could see the total before paying, so there were no surprises. My promo code applied right away too, no guessing, no weird extra steps.

"Easy to shop compared to other sites"
I was able to find what I was looking for quickly, and checkout was straightforward. Compared to some other sites I’ve used, it felt less cluttered and easier to get around. A couple of pages loaded a little slow on my phone, but overall it was a smooth shopping experience

"Nice glow, but is it really worth the price??"
I picked up Tatcha because I wanted my skin to look a little brighter and less tired, it did help a bit. After a few weeks, my face looked less dull and felt really soft, which was nice??
That said, for the price, I was expecting a more obvious difference. The glow is there, but not something I notice every single day. Shipping was totally fine and everything arrived without issues, but overall I’d say it’s more of a 3-star experience for me.

"Missing item handled quickly"
One item was missing from my order, so I was a little concerned at first. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me quickly, then sent the missing item out right away. It wasn’t ideal that it happened, but the fix was simple and hassle-free. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled it.

The product itself is nice and seems well made, but it feels too pricey for what you’re getting. I’ve tried similar options from other brands that cost less and were just as good, if not better in some cases. It’s not bad by any means, but compared to the competition, I don’t think the value is really there

I tried this on a regular makeup day, not full glam or anything, and it took everything off easily. My skin felt clean afterward, which is really the main thing I care about. I will say, while I was using it I kept thinking it feels nice, but then also remembering it’s a little on the pricey side. So yeah, it does the job well, just wish it cost a bit less.

My skin dries out so fast, and this was one of those products where I was like, okay wait, after a few nights, my face felt softer and I wasn’t waking up with that tight feeling. The price is a little high, not gonna lie, but for hydration, I’m happy with it

I’ve been using Tatcha for about two months now, and I have to say my skin definitely looks smoother!! I notice it the most around my eyes. My fine lines haven’t disappeared or anything, but they do look softer, which is a win for me. It feels really nice on my skin and hasn’t caused any breakouts. The only downside is the price, and the jars seem to go quickly, so I took off a star for that.

"Just didn’t work for my skin"
I really wanted to love this because I’ve heard so many good things about tatcha, but my skin was not having it. After a few days, I started getting little breakouts on my cheeks, and my face felt irritated and kind of itchy. You know when you try to convince yourself a product is fine, but your skin is clearly saying no? That was me. I stopped using it, and things calmed down quickly. It might be great for other people, but it definitely wasn’t a match for my sensitive skin.

“Though I have used TATCHA and loved the results, I would highly recommend visiting Yesstyle, which has an enormous variety of Korean and Japanese skincare products. I have seen many branded names on the site and they were, by far, a lot cheaper than the official sites. Hope this helps!”
